In an increasingly post-Christian world, how can Christians continue to shine Jesus’ light into the world? One way is by “marketplace ministry,” being salt and light in our places of work. We do so not so much by overt evangelism but by representing Jesus in our character and work ethic, as well as by sharing our faith as God opens doors. This lesson lays the groundwork for a theology of work by presenting work as part of God’s original intention for the creation, a blessing for humanity.
