I would like to interact with your summary of...
"I believe this power of the infilling of the Holy Spirit enables us to live:

1. External Power: The working of God through miracles, signs, wonders, and the gifts of the Holy Spirit.

2. Internal Transformation: Empowering believers to live holy, sanctified lives, reflecting the nature and character of God."

I like the distinction you've brought up of the difference in external and internal power. I think if we don't draw attention to the difference between the two, we miss out on something very special that we were intended to see. Or rather if we only focus on one and disregard the other, we are left with an incomplete understanding of how the Holy Spirit can work with in our entire lives. Dr. Bounds uses the words of power and purity to convey a similar distinction. Power is often what we can see, but purity is often underneath or as you put it, the internal transformation. Both are reflections of the Image of God imprinted on man, and both are important to understand the full transformative power of the Holy Spirit
