I like how you tied the passage in Romans 7 into the surrounding chapters, mentioning how it is sandwiched between Romans 6&*, and giving the implications of both of those. Lloyd-Jones does present an interesting point, and I would also tend to agree with Piper (and you, Becky), in saying that we are in an ongoing 'state of becoming', and that it is not an instantaneous experience for everyone, every time, always.
