- How would you define trust and why does it foster the buy-in you need by the team for healthy collaboration?
- What aspects of followership most impacted your thinking about the team you lead? How can you prevent the “disciple” & “doer” members on your team from becoming “disengaged” or “disgruntled” in your shared ministry objectives?
