    The first barriers in any leader’s journey to inspire organizational change come from within. Of course, it’s hard. If it was easy, everyone would be leading change. It’s the hard that makes it worth it because mission matters! This brief lesson will only scratch the surface of how to anticipate, initiate, and manage change, all while supporting your team members and the greater constituency you serve, such as a church family. While there are many models to consider, we will take a cursory peek at the gold standard offered by John Kotter.
