Organizational Culture Analysis and Proposal Project
Our objective with this project is to analyze and propose improvements to an organization's culture, utilizing concepts from the course.
Instructions
- Select an Organization: Choose a real or fictional organization for your analysis. This could be your current workplace, a well-known company, or a fictional entity designed to illustrate common organizational challenges.
- Conduct an Analysis:
- Using the VABe model (Values, Assumptions, Beliefs, Expectations), analyze the current culture of the organization.
- Identify key cultural attributes and how they impact the organization's effectiveness, employee engagement, and overall success.
- Develop Improvement Proposals:
- Based on the insights gained from the course, propose targeted changes or improvements to the organization's culture.
- Proposals should be realistic and actionable, aiming to enhance collaboration, communication, leadership effectiveness, or resolve specific cultural issues.
- Create a Presentation/Report:
- Prepare a concise presentation or written report summarizing your analysis and proposals.
- Include specific references to course concepts, demonstrating how they informed your analysis and recommendations.
