Do you think God might be calling you to preach? If the answer is clearly no, then do this assessment in relation to someone else you know. However, if you are exploring a possible call to preaching, assess yourself in relation to the three qualifications that Rev. Ingersoll mentions.

First, do you have an inner burden, a conviction that “Woe to me if I do not preach the gospel?” Do others see a potential for preaching in you? Lastly, has God opened doors for you to preach?
