Instructions

Throughout this course, you have learned about the meaning, scope, dynamics, ingredients, and process of impactful preaching. You have learned the steps to create a sermon and, in the practice activities, you actually have created a sermon manuscript. For Rev. Ingersoll, a typical sermon takes 15-30 hours of preparation time in prayer, study, writing, and preparation for delivery.

Now it is time to record yourself delivering the sermon you prepared in Lesson 7. There are many ways to do this. If you have enough memory, you can record yourself on your phone. You can record yourself for free on Vimeo, as another possibility. If necessary, you can record yourself on Zoom. An internet search will give you a host of possibilities.

Submit a link to your sermon where it is recorded or stored (e.g., Vimeo or YouTube). Congratulations if this is your first sermon!
