Completion requirements
Interview a church leader (pastor, board member, ministry director) about a time they led or witnessed a strategic planning effort. Ask questions like:
- What sparked the planning initiative?
- How was vision communicated and translated into action?
- What obstacles were encountered?
- What role did experimentation or innovation play?
- In hindsight, what would they have done differently?
Write a summary and analysis of your interview (600+ words), including:
- Who was interviewed and context
- Key insights
- Connection to course readings
