Strategic planning is a core competency for effective church leadership. In this assignment, you will apply your learning from this module to create a strategic ministry plan. You may choose a real ministry context (e.g., your local church or denomination) or create a hypothetical one.
This is not just a paperwork exercise. Imagine you are presenting this plan to a church board or leadership team to rally them around a clear, Spirit-led vision. Your blueprint should demonstrate both organizational wisdom and theological depth.
Assignment Instructions (600–800 words. )Your blueprint should be 600-800 words and should include the following four components:
Craft a clear and inspiring vision that captures the heart of what your ministry initiative hopes to accomplish. Your vision should answer:
Examples: “To cultivate a vibrant discipleship culture among young adults that transforms them into Christlike leaders in the community.”
Develop 3–5 specific goals that flow from your vision. Each goal should be:

Break down each goal into practical, step-by-step actions. Describe:
Demonstrate that you have counted the cost (Luke 14:28) and considered how to make the vision sustainable.
Every plan encounters resistance or unforeseen barriers. Identify at least two potential risks to your strategy and explain how you would address or mitigate them.
