These verses are predicting Jesus' crucifixion. In the discussion forum below, respond to the following: 

  • According to these verses, what was happening when Jesus was hanging on the cross?
  • Compare Isaiah 53:5 with the following passages: Psalm 22:16-18; Zechariah 12:10, and John 19:31-37. What aspect of Jesus' crucifixion do all these passages highlight?
